As society becomes more technologically advanced, our firm will be eager to embrace new and helpful developments. Our appraisers are trained in the use of the latest technology, thus enabling our customers to receive prompt and accurate service.
Each appraiser is supplied with a computer Workstation and digital camera. The appraisers’ workstations have Clickforms installed, a software program that acts as an alternative to the more traditional appraisal ordering and delivery methods. This program is used for writing the appraisal report, making sketches, and creating other necessary attachments or addendum. A key feature of the software is EDI, which enables the appraisal to be sent electronically via the internet. We are consistently seeking new means in which to better serve our customers in this new information age.
