This report includes and on-site visit by one of SAG’s local field inspectors who will take interior and exterior photos. It will be reviewed by our Construction Management Specialist to compile all the information you need to know to make those important decisions.

Property Survey Report

 

The property Survey Report is completed by a professional surveyor and you can order online 24/7

Draw Inspection Report

 

The draw inspection report includes detailed estimates for each line item. It includes Interior and exterior photos supporting all estimates of completion to be reviewed by a Construction Management Specialist.

 

Post-Closing Services

Southeastern Appraisal Group’s Inspection Report includes detailed estimates of completion for each line items. Interior and exterior photos will support all estimates of completion. It is review by one of our Construction Management Specialist and turn time for this report is one to three days.

Estimate to Complete Report

 

The Estimate to Complete report includes detailed estimates of completion for each line item. Interior and exterior photos will be attached to support all estimates of completion. One of our Construction Management Specialist will review it and we can offer a 2 to 3 day turn time.

New Construction REO Report

 

New Construction REO Services include Property Preservation, Broker Price Option, Drive-By Inspection Report and For Sale Coordination.

Site Inspection Report

 

Our Site Inspection Report is a snapshot of the property. The physical building characteristics, list of environmental concerns, market area observations which includes airports and attractions. This service has a 2 to 3 day turn time.

HUD Compliance Inspection Report

 

Repair and final compliance inspection report ensures the mortgage risk in residential construction is within acceptable limits. The lender will be provided with Form 92051.
